One of the focal events of the felt ball village is now the United Cup. This is the starting tournament for the 2023 season. This is also a team tennis tournament for both men and women, organized by ATP and WTA.
The 2023 United Cup takes place from December 29, 2022 to January 8, 2023. The venue are 3 cities of Brisbane, Perth and Sydney of Australia. Notably, the United Cup will also be the first male and female team that the players get points to the World ATP and WTA rankings. Accordingly, each player can win up to 500 points.

The competition format at the United Cup is as follows: 18 teams are divided into 6 tables, each with 3 teams. Each team will have 4 male players and 4 female players. Each city will be the place of competition of the 2 tables. The teams in each table will compete in a circular point. Each pair will consist of two men's matches, two women's single matches and one match between men and women. At the end of the group stage, the two teams in each city will fight to win 3 tickets to the semi -finals. The final semi -finals will eventually belong to the team with the best performance in the group stage in all three cities.
Currently, United Cup has identified the 4 best teams to enter the semi -finals. Today, the semi -finals will take place on the first day of competition. In particular, each pair will take place 1 single male and 1 single match. At 9:00 am, Poland will compete with the US, and Greece met Poland at 15:00 pm.
