The focus of the felt ball village is now the 2023 United Cup. This is a team tennis tournament for both men and women, organized by ATP and WTA.
The 2023 United Cup takes place from December 29, 2022 to January 8, 2023. The venue are 3 cities of Brisbane, Perth and Sydney of Australia. Notably, the United Cup will also be the first male and female team that the players get points to the World ATP and WTA rankings. Accordingly, each player can win up to 500 points.

The competition format at the United Cup is as follows: 18 teams are divided into 6 tables, each with 3 teams. Each team will have 4 male players and 4 female players. Each city will be the place of competition of the 2 tables. The teams in each table will compete in a circular point. Each pair will consist of two men's matches, two women's single matches and one match between men and women. At the end of the group stage, the two teams in each city will fight to win 3 tickets to the semi -finals. The final semi -finals will eventually belong to the team with the best performance in the group stage in all three cities.
At the end of the Saturday competition day, United Cup has finished the 4 best teams into the semi -finals. In particular, Greece, Poland and the US are 3 teams winning the city final. The final semi -final ticket belongs to Italy, the losing team but has the best achievement.
In addition to United Cup, ATP Tour has a very noticeable tournament, Adelaide International 1. This is the ATP 250 tournament held in Adelaide, Australia. Today 5/1, the tournament will enter the fourth day of competition, with matches in the second round of men. The focus of attention is the competition between Djokovic vs Halys.
