Swiatek and Collins met in the expanded Australian women's semi -finals

Polish tennis player Iga Swiatek has gone through a hard -to -pitched quarter -final against Kaia Kanepi. The 20 -year -old star takes more than 3 hours under the intense heat in Melbourne to overcome Kanepi after 3 stressful sets.

In the remaining quarterfinals, Danielle Collins did not take too much effort to defeat the French general Alize Cornet. The first set of matches took place very balanced, ending with a victory with a score of 7-5 for Collins.
