Yesterday, January 24, the men's singles in Australia opened the remaining 2 matches of the quarterfinals. In the first match, Daniil Medvedev and Hubert Hurkacz brought the audience at Rod Laver a dramatic competition.
Entering set 1, Medvedev won the break right in the first game. However, the Russian tennis player did not keep the advantage. He let Hurkacz reclaim the break in Game 6 and equalized the score 3-3.
