After the defeat in the US Open 2021 final, Novak Djokovic took a long time. In November, the new Serbian player returned to play, with the destination of Paris Masters 2021 – the last ATP 1000 tournament of the year was held in France.

In Paris, Djokovic participated in both men's and men's men's singles. On the first day of competition, the world's number one player with Filip Krajinovic had his first victory over the couple De Minaur/ Saville in the first round of men. This morning, he continued to defeat Marton Fucsovics to win tickets to the third round of men. However, this is not Nole's too easy victory.
Entering Set 1, Djokovic immediately showed superiority to the opponent. Accordingly, he won his first break right in game 2 and took the lead 3-0. In the rest of the set, Fucsovics only successfully protects his two serve games. At game 8, he lost the break again and lost to 2-6.

However, Set 2, Fucsovics played extremely hard. The 40th-class player in the world is the only break in this set when breaking Nole's serve game in Game 3.
Set Set 3, Djokovic regained the game. The world's No. 1 player put the script in set 1 back when continuously winning breaks in games 4 and 6. Set 3 closed with a 6-3 victory towards Nole.
In the end, Djokovic won 2-1 and officially won tickets to the third round of Paris Masters 2021. Here, his opponent will be the winner in the pair of Gael Monfils – Adrian Mannarino.
