This morning, January 16, the Australian Federal Court held the second hearing related to the Novak Djokovic case banned from entry. In the previous trial, the world number one player was tried and returned to the visa. However, the Federal Minister of Australia Immigration, Alex Hawke used “personal power” to cancel his visa again.
After more than 6 hours of meeting and discussion, the Federal Court recently made a final decision. Accordingly, Djokovic was tried to lose. This also means that the world's number one player will be canceled and expelled from Australia.

At the trial this morning, lawyer Nicholas Wood was the representative of Djokovic. In his submission, Mr. Wood said that the Alex Hawke Immigration School used BBC articles as well as other media channels to complement the statement of Nole to protest the vaccine. He affirmed that this was a superficial view, while the Ministry also misleaded these reports.
In addition, Wood Lawyer also confirmed that there is no evidence that Djokovic's presence in tennis tournaments, Grand Slam tournaments and expanding Australia can stimulate the mentality of opposition to the vaccine. Wood also said that Minister Hawke's arguments were illogical, and he could not prove that Djokovic entered into Australia would cause instability for this country.
Meanwhile, representing the Australian government and the Immigration Minister, lawyer Stephen Lloyd. Lloyd said Minister Hawke could be aware of the consequences of Djokovic's incident to Australia, but there was no need to explain all in writing.

Lawyer Lloyd also confirmed that the instability happened after the decision to return the visa to Djokovic on January 10. Accordingly, there were protests taking place in Melbourne directly related to this issue. With Nole being a great influential figure, his opposition to the vaccination will have a significant impact on Australian people in particular and in the world in general.
After reviewing the arguments of the parties, at 16h (nowhere time, Melborne), Chief Justice James Allsop declared: The Federal Court agreed to reject the visa recovery application of Novak Djokovic. The complete decision and reason in writing of the incident will be officially announced tomorrow (January 17).
Thus, Djokovic will be canceled visa and expel from Australia. Not only that, he is also at risk of being banned from entering Australia for 3 years. The world's No. 1 player will not be able to attend Australia to expand 2022, where he is ranked No. 1 seed and is the champion of the tournament.
