To set 3 decisions, Alcaraz showed the bravery of the defending champion. After successfully rescuing the break-point in game 4, he took the lead before winning the break in game 4. Struff then could not reclaim the break, thereby accepting the racket with defeat 3-6.
In the end, Alcaraz won 6-4, 3-6, 6-3 to Struff and successfully defended the Madrid Open championship. This is also the 4th title of the 20 -year -old tennis player this season. Notably, he will rise to the first throne in the world after playing the first match in Rome Masters.
