Even so, the prospect has not happened. Tsitsipas continued to show his instability in the second half of 2021 when he had just lost to Frances Tiafoe in the second round of the 2nna Open.

In Set 1, Tsitsipas and Tiafoe started quite carefully when successfully defending their serve games. The turning point only came to game 6 when Tsitsipas excelled to win the break. The Greek player won 2 more games to finish Set 1 with a 6-3 victory.

However, in Set 2, Tsitsipas started to play down. Accordingly, he let the opponent immediately break the first serve game and be led 3-0. To Set 8, the No. 1 seed lost the break once more and then lost 3-6.

To set 3 decisions, Tsitsipas rises strongly. The Greek player started very well when he won the break in game 2 and then took the opponent 3-0. However, in the second half of the set, Tiafoe turned the flag. The French star has twice won the Break Game 5 and Game 7 and then wins the 6-4 button.

In the end, Tsitsipas lost 1-2 and was officially eliminated from Vienna Open. This is obviously a bad momentum of the Greek tennis player before Paris Masters.
