United Cup is a team tennis tournament, with the presence of men and women. 2024 is the second year the tournament is held. Currently, the US team is the defending champion.
Time, location
The 2024 United Cup will officially start on December 29, 2023 and end on January 7, 2024. The players will play on the outdoor hard yard. The venue is Australia, namely Rac Arena (Perth city) and Sydney Olympic Park Tennis Center (Sydney).
Competition format
The competition format of United Cup 2024 is as follows. 18 teams are divided into 6 groups, each with 3 teams, competing in a circle. Each match will include 1 single match, 1 single female match and 1 match for men and women.
Notably, 3 tables will play in Perth and 3 competition tables in Sydney. At the end of the group stage, the top 3 teams will enter the quarterfinals. The other two will belong to the two second teams with the best achievement in each host city.
