The 2023 season has officially closed. After 1 month of rest, the players will return to the competition in early 2024. The focus of the ball village is now United Cup, the mixed team tennis tournament, held in Australia.
The competition format of United Cup 2024 is as follows. 18 teams are divided into 6 groups, each with 3 teams, competing in a circle. Each match will include 1 single match, 1 single female match and 1 match for men and women.
Notably, 3 tables will play in Perth and 3 competition tables in Sydney. At the end of the group stage, the top 3 teams will enter the quarterfinals. The other two will belong to the two second teams with the best achievement in each host city.
This year, United Cup will start on December 29, 2024 and end on January 7, 2024. The venue is Australia, namely Rac Arena (Perth city) and Sydney Olympic Park Tennis Center (Sydney).
