After being eliminated early at the Indian Wells Masters, Learner Tien continued to stay in the United States to attend the next Masters 1000, Miami Open. According to the draw results, the first rival of Vietnamese -original player Joao Fonseca. In the previous two meetings, Tien lost, the nearest at Next Gen ATP Finals 2024.
At Miami, Tien started not bad. After losing the first gaming game right in Set 1, the Vietnamese original player reclaimed the successful break in game 4 to bring the set to the starting line. At the tie-break series, he won easily with a score of 7-1.
